Our soup can be served by the cup or in a thermos flask. Thermos flasks will be delivered with a soup bowl with the garnish already in the bowl, this makes a stunning presentation of the soup once poured into the bowl by you.

All soups are served with bread and butter. Minimum order for soups is 8 portions.

Salad portions

Salads are served individually in deep china plate unless otherwise specified. We can also prepare any of the salads below in large bowls, as well as any other salad you may require.

Salad dressing is always served separately.

Mixed leaf with cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber
Served with a separate vinaigrette dressing

Poached salmon, mixed leaves, cucumber, cherry tomato, green beans and lemon

Crayfish and spinach salad with tomato, cucumber and lemon served

Tuna and green bean salad, garnished with sliced egg and olives

Served with aseparate pesto dressing

Chicken Caesar, cos lettuce, crispy bacon, cherry tomato
Served with a separate parmesan, croutons and Caesar dressing
