Ordering is simple just complete our order form.
We will send you confirmation by email. You must please ensure that you receive this as your order is not confirmed until you do.
Orders must be placed by 3.00pm for next day delivery
Orders after 3.00pm for next day delivery incur a rush charge of 20%
Orders placed within 24 hours cannot be guarenteed, on occations we may need to offer chefs choice
Cancellation – we require 24 hours notice for weekday orders and 72 hours for weekend orders.
You will need to provide a 45 minute window slot for your delivery
Payment terms by credit card or invoice are due 14 days after invoice date.
A surcharge of 2.5% per calendar month on the balance outstanding will be added to all accounts not paid by the due date
Cheques should be made payable to Cucina Catering.
VAT at the current rate will be payable on all charges
Delivery is free for orders over £60 within central London during the day time, for orders below this value we have a £10 delivery charge. For orders outside Central London we will provide a quote for delivery. For weekend orders there is a delivery charge depending on order amount and location.
As far as possible collections are made on the following working day after the date of delivery, unless a same day collection is requested. Clients need to ensure all plates etc are ready for collection at a central point. Any losses will be charged for. If a driver is required to return to collect missing items there is a £10 charge.

If you require the delivery to be presented on our quality disposable platters please request this at the time of ordering.
On request we supply free disposable plates and napkins to go with your order
Food is delivered in our refrigerated vehicles. Please ensure it is kept refrigerated and is consumed within 2 hours of delivery.
